Rule 506(c) requires the Fund to take reasonable steps to verify accredited investor status — self-certification alone is not sufficient. Please select the verification method you will use. The Fund will follow up directly regarding whichever method is selected.

Minimum investment + written representations (primary method for this offering). Because your intended investment meets or exceeds the Fund's $150,000 minimum, and because that amount was not financed in whole or in part by any third party for the specific purpose of making this investment, you may satisfy verification by: (i) confirming the minimum-investment amount and non-third-party-financing condition in the written representations in the next section, and (ii) executing the additional written representations included in the Fund's subscription agreement. This approach reflects the SEC's 2025 guidance recognizing a sufficiently high minimum investment, combined with investor written representations, as a reasonable method of verification under Rule 506(c)(2)(ii).

Documentary evidence of income or net worth. In lieu of or in addition to the above, you may submit copies of tax returns, W-2s, bank or brokerage statements, or a consumer credit report, dated within the prior three months, sufficient to substantiate the basis you selected in Section 2.

Third-party written confirmation. A registered broker-dealer, SEC-registered investment adviser, licensed attorney, or licensed CPA who has taken reasonable steps to verify your accredited status within the prior three months may provide a signed letter confirming that status.

Prior verification on file. You have previously been verified as an accredited investor by the Fund, its General Partner, or an affiliated vehicle within the prior five years, and no information has come to the Fund's attention suggesting you are no longer accredited.

PURPOSE OF THIS QUESTIONNAIRE
TexRock Fund I, LP (the “Fund”) is offering limited partnership interests (the “Interests”) in reliance on Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, which permits general solicitation but requires the Fund to take reasonable steps to verify that each purchaser is an “accredited investor” as defined in Rule 501(a) before accepting any subscription. This Questionnaire, together with the supporting documentation or written representations described in Section 4, is the Fund’s mechanism for satisfying that verification requirement. Completion of this Questionnaire does not constitute an offer, a commitment to invest, or acceptance of any subscription. No investment may be made until you have received the Fund’s confidential private placement memorandum and executed a subscription agreement.
This Questionnaire and any supporting documents you submit will be held in confidence by the Fund, the General Partner, and their counsel, and used solely to verify accredited investor status in connection with this offering.
